4 Days Tour From Marrakech To Sahara Desert

Day 1: Marrakech – Telouate – Ait ben Haddou – Ouarzazate

After breakfast, meet with your driver-guide and departure for the crossing of the High Atlas by the Tichka Pass (2260 meters).

After passing the pass, a road leads to Telouet and its magnificent Kasbah, once the stronghold of the powerful El Glaoui family, lords of the High Atlas and Pacha of Marrakech.

Visit, possibility of lunch at the hostel before resuming the road to join the Casbah of Ait Ben Haddou classified World Heritage of Unesco. Visit of the Casbah where were shot many films (Lawrence of Arabia, The Mummy, Asterix etc). Road to Ouarzazate and the palm grove of Skoura. Continue to Ouarzazate visit Atlas film studios where many feature films have been shot. Passage through the kasbah of Taourirt, then continuation to the valley of the roses and the valley of the Dades. Dinner and overnight in a typical hotel.

Day 2: Todra Gorge – Tinejdad – Erfoud – Merzouga

Departure after breakfast for a walk in the palm grove of the Todra valley. Before taking the road to Erfoud passing through Tinejdad and several Berber villages to stop the Marble fossils Erfoud. After the continuation of our trip to the impressive dunes of Erg Chebbi in Merzouga. you will leave the vehicle (4×4) to join the dromedary caravan to start your camel trip to watch the sunset in the dunes. You will spend the night under the tents of the nomads in the Sahara to enjoy the desert silence with a sky full of stars. Dinner and overnight in the bivouac.

Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Alnif – Tazarine – N’kob – Zagora

Wake early to admire the sunrise over the dunes. Return to the hostel on camels to have breakfast and shower. We leave the dunes of Merzouga to the palm of Tafilalet through the city of Rissani(the Alaouite dynasty and the capital of the ancient Sultan Alaouite). Continuation to Alnif, continue our trip to N’kob,  passing through Alnif and Tazarine where we will stop for lunch, and then, continue driving through the desert landscapes and the huge palm grove of draa valley to reach Zagora where we will spend the night in local Kasbah or typical hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Zagora – Agdez – Ouarzazate – High Atlas Mountains – Marrakech

Morning departure to the palm grove of Tafilalet passing through the city of Rissani, lunch on the site. The afternoon, route to Tazarine, Nkob and Tansihkt where you take the track that crosses the sublime Valley of Dràa and its charm of palm trees. Continue to Zagora along the route. Continue through Ouarzazate through the sublime Valley of Dràa with its palm trees charm and via the Berber village of Agdez and the Anti Atlas (1660 m of Altitude). Afternoon, we finish to Marrakech by the port of Tizi NíTichka.
