Day 3: Chefchaouen – Ouazzen – Meknes
Discover Chefchaouen, a city full of charm and authenticity, nicknamed the blue city because of its narrow streets and houses whose windows and doors are painted blue. Then, head to the Roman ruins of Volubilis and its famous mosaics. A few kilometers away, visit the holy city of Moulay-Idriss, high place of pilgrimage. Continue to Meknes, an imperial city whose historic districts are classified as World Heritage by UNESCO: discover the sublime monumental door Bab el Mansour, one of the most beautiful in Morocco, the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail with its marble fountains, its mosaics, its ceilings in painted cedar. Then, you will visit the Medina, with its gigantic ramparts, souks, lively square and medersa Bou-Inania. Dinner and overnight in Meknes.
