The tour begins in Tangier, then, you will travel to the imperial cities of Rabat, Meknes, Fes, and Marrakech. You will also have the opportunity to visit local markets and experience the unique cuisine of each city. Along the way, you will also have the chance to take in stunning views of the countryside and enjoy some of Morocco‘s most beautiful landscapes.

Meknes is a city in Morocco located in the northern part of the country. It is the capital of the MeknesTafilalet region and was once the capital of Morocco during the Alaouite dynasty. The city is known for its historical sites, including the Bab Mansour gate, the Heri esSouani granaries, and the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. The city also has a vibrant nightlife, with many restaurants, bars, and clubs.

Day 1: Arrive At Tangier

Arrival in Tangier. Landing and reception by our guide.

Day 2: Tangier – Chefchaouen – Fes

Departure for Fes. The oldest of the four imperial cities, is located in a hilly landscape surrounded by the plain of Sais. Fes is the spiritual and religious center of the country. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 3: Fes City Tour

All day is spent visiting Fes. You will discover the famous Quaraouyine Mosque, the Mausoleum of the founder of Fes Moulay Idriss (external visits), the Medersa Attarine, Bab Boujloud, the tanners district and the Nejjarine fountain. The Medina of Fes has been under the protection of UNESCO since 1981 as World Heritage. The souks with medieval charm with its narrow streets and many craftsmen as boilermakers, basket makers, carpenters etc. are impressive. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 4: Fes – Midelt – Erfoud

Departure through the montages of the Middle Atlas and beautiful forests of cedars and oaks. Photo stop at Ifrane, a winter sports resort located at 1713m altitude. Continuation to Midelt via Azrou and then through the Col du Zad at 2178m altitude. Before arriving at Errachidia the road leads through the Ziz Valley. Continue to Merzouga. An hour’s walk to a fabulous sunset on the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. Discover the magic of the Sahara! night under the berber tents in the dunes.

Day 5: Erfoud – Tineghir – Ouarzazate

Departure to Tinghir, located in a beautiful palm grove. Then discover the famous ‘Kasbah Route’ lined with imposing rammed earth fortifications. You will see the Gorges du Todra with impressive rocks 300 m high. Continuation through the splendid Dades Valley, passing through terraced fields and green oases. Then the road leads by Kelâa M’gouna and Skoura (reputed by beautiful rose gardens) to Ouarzazate. The region has served as a film set in many international film productions. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 6: Ouarzazate – Marrakech

After breakfast, visit Kasbah Taourirt, a former residence of Pacha El Glaoui in Marrakech. Then the road leads to the famous village of Ait Ben Haddou, one of the best preserved ‘Ksar’ of all southern Morocco and classified as World Heritage by UNESCO. Continuation through the High Atlas passing the Tizi N’Tichka pass at an altitude of 2260 m. The road offers breathtaking views. Arrival in Marrakech, nicknamed ‘The Pearl of the South’. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 7: Exploring Marrakech

All day will be spent visiting Marrakech with its remarkable monuments: the Koutoubia Mosque (exterior), the Saadian Tombs, the magnificent Bahia Palace and the gardens of Menara. This city, whose foundation dates back to the 11th century, is fascinating by its diverse ethnic groups, its architecture and also by its colors. Discover the vibrant souks and the famous Djemaa El Fna Square where the show is unique with snake charmers, storytellers, acrobats, dancers … Dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Marrakech – Casablanca

Departure for Casablanca. The economic and industrial capital of the country is located on the Atlantic coast and continues to grow. During the visit you will discover the residential district of Anfa, the Mohamed V Square, the beautiful corniche of Ain Diab and the dazzling Hassan II Mosque which is one of the largest mosques in the world. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 9: Casablanca – Rabat – Tangier

Departure for Rabat, the administrative capital of the Kingdom and seat of government. Kasbah Oudaia is located on a rock overlooking the mouth of the river Bou Regreg, Salé Bay and the ocean. The visit allows to discover the Hassan Tower, the Royal Palace (exterior) and the sumptuous Mausoleum of Mohamed V. Continuation to Tangier. During the city tour you will discover the “Grand Socco”, a lively square with an original architecture, the Kasbah district overlooking the harbor and the Medina with the ‘Petit Socco’ in the center. Dinner and accommodation.
