The Itinerary of Guided Historical City Tour Of Marrakech
Renowned since always for the activity of its tradesmen and the Skill of its craftsmen, Marrakech shines also by the quality of its climate and an exceptional and varied environment, with its palm grove, its rose gardens, the proximity of the snow-covered Atlas and flowery valleys descending from it. It is still the capital of southern Morocco, still at the crossroads of cultures, guardian of traditions and folklore, and rich in architectural heritage that makes it one of the most important places of international tourism.
Monuments and palaces: you will discover the majestic KOUTOUBIA Mosque built in 11th century, then the Saadian Tombs a 16th century Royal tombs with magnificent decorations, the Bahia Palace (19th century). As well as the labyrinth colorful markets/Souks where you can visit the artisans shops and discover the Moroccan artisanal.
The visit of the famous Botanic Majorelle garden and at the end, visit the palm grove of Marrakech (Thousands of palms) with the possibility of a camel ride or the Quad (optional). The city tour finish at the large Jamaa el-Fna square where we will meet chiromancers, snake charmers, small groups of music, water bearers, tattoo artists…
